Sattrumun Kidaitha Thagaval starring stunt
master Kanal Kannan in the lead will also
have Kushboo playing a doctor and K.S. Ravikumar
as a police officer. The film is expected
to hit screens on the 23rd of January.
Rettai Suzhi
A schedule of the S Pictures production Rettai
Suzhi was recently completed in Thirunelveli.
The next schedule will be in Chennai for 20
days. The film has Bharathiraja playing a
key character.
Murattukalai
The remake of Superstar’s Murattukalai
will have Sundar. C in the lead. Samiksha
will be seen in the role that was played by
Sumalatha in the original.
Ramarajan
Veteran yesteryear hero Ramarajan will be
making a return to the big screen after a
long absence with the movie titled Eppodhum
Ellorukkum Nallathai Sei. Shooting for the
film was held at the Madurai Ellaikkatha Mariamman
temple. Mumbai-based model Kaushika plays
the female lead in the film. Saravanan is
directing the film.
Pattalam
A special preview show of Tirupathi Brothers
productions’ Pattalam was held on the
31st in Chennai. The screening was attended
by Parthiban, Sasi and Lingusaami.
Sathyaraj
Sathyaraj is currently on a one month long
trip to Coonoor where he owns a house.

Vasanthabalan’s Angaditheru has completed
shooting and entered the post production stage.
The film is expected to be ready for release

Vijaya T. Rajendar’s next directorial
venture Oru Thalai Kadhal is scheduled to
begin shooting from the 19th of January in
Theni.

Post Kadhalil Vizhunden, actress Sunaina has
committed for a total of three films. One
among them is Shola Ponnurangam’s Yaadhum
Mathi. Shooting for the film was held at the
MGR Film City recently.
Laksha
Item girl Laksha will make her debut as heroine
with the film Kadhalil Vizhunden. The comedy
track will be handled by Shakeela and popular
TV artiste Poochi Sendhil.
