Aishwarya Dhanush's 3 with hubby Dhanush has suffered a setback. The second choice for the heroine's role, Amala Paul has left the project. The original choice was Shruti Hassan but this singer turned actress did not have any bulk dates to allot for the film and she declined the role regretfully.
Amala Paul agreed to do the role but that was before she was offered Bejawada Rowdilu opposite Nagarjuna's son, Naga Chaitanya. This film is being produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Amala Paul could not resist the role as it will be a dream debut for her in Telugu as well. She did her best to juggle her dates to accommodate both films but unfortunately she missed a photo shoot for 3 and Aishwariya was miffed and felt that it would be better to opt for a heroine who is fully committed to her project. Perhaps Amala Paul will do well to find an agent who can handle this sort of thing better and avoid such scenarios.
Now that Amala Paul is no longer part of the project, the search is on for the ideal heroine. Hopefully, third time will be lucky for 3.
