Four men in South Africa have reportedly been arrested in Estcourt, a town in South Africa’s eastern province of KwaZulu-Natal after one of them handed himself over to the police saying he was ‘tired’ of eating human flesh. The man then reportedly led police to a house where more human remains were found. Reportedly, the men were charged with murder and possession of human organs and tissue.
