Calcutta High Court Justice C S Karnan, who is still untraceable after he went missing following the Supreme Court’s arrest order against him, retires on Monday, say reports. Born on June 12, 1955, Karnan became a judge in March 2009. Notably, he moved the National Commission for SCs and STs, complaining harassment by his colleague-judges.
