A boat carrying 170 tourists reportedly sank in a reservoir in northwestern Colombia on Monday. The accident has been captured on Video and went viral within minutes. Several dozens of other vessels rescued several drowning people. However, initial reports suggest that nine people were dead and 28 are still missing from the accident.
