The Hotel Owners Association of Tamil Nadu on Thursday reportedly called for a bandh on May 30 against the proposed 18 percent tax in the GST. According to reports, the association has demanded the government to maintain the 5 percent slab. The association also announced that it had received support from the Hoteliers associations in Puducherry and Kerala.
