Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Wednesday announced that the lawmakers of his faction would unanimously support Ram Nath Kovind, the NDA-nominated candidate in the upcoming Presidential elections. With this, the NDA will get a paramount boost in support, as AIADMK constitutes up to 5.39% in electoral college votes. Notably, the poll to elect India’s next President will be held on July 17.
