The Mahabubabad police reportedly conducted an undercover operation to Capture the doctors who allegedly conducted illegal abortions and female foeticide. According to reports, the police arrested Dr.Raparthi Srinivas, Swetha Nursing Home. Police also reportedly said that the accused have performed over 300 illegal abortions. Notably, Srinivas charged around Rs 3,000 for a sex determination test, while an abortion would cost between Rs 7,500 and Rs 12,000.
