The Karnataka Cabinet on Wednesday reportedly approved to develop Bengaluru as the international hub for Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics. This move will reportedly create 20,000 jobs and grant financial aid to 120 skill development institutions. The city will also have a Centre of Excellence for animation in collaboration with Paris-based Gobelins.
