Madhya Pradesh government has reportedly asked government teachers in Rajgarh district to sell onions to stop the vegetable from rotting. The District Panchayat chief executive have reportedly asked the civil supply department to transport onions to Jan Shiksha Kendras – teacher-run centres so that NGOs in charge of the midday meal scheme could get onions at subsidised rates.
