6 months jail for harbouring dengue-creating environment, details here!

According to reports, the Tamil Nadu health department has reportedly sent notices to 20,000 people for harbouring an environment that helps the Dengue mosquitoes to flourish. In the notice, the government has reportedly asked the people to clear water from containers where mosquito worms and larvae are found. Health secretary Radha Krishnan reportedly said the people are given a 48-hours deadline to stay clear of the Dengue-creating environment. Those who fail to follow the orders can be jailed for 6 months and can be fined up to Rs 1 lakh, he reportedly warned.
