Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation is likely to go with some thermal power stations to produce electricity since Two units of Kudankulam Nuclear Power plant have been shut down for maintenance. As of now, the power utility has been able to meet the demand due to the availability of wind energy, but within few days wind power generation is likely to come down.
