The Supreme Court on Friday reportedly dismissed AIADMK leader TTV Dhinakaran’s petition seeking relief in the cases related to Foreign Exchanges Regulation Act (FERA). Dhinakaran, in his plea, had reportedly said that ED can not file the case as he had been living in Singapore for 25 years. The court reportedly said the hearings in this case will continue in Egmore court.
