The Madurai bench of Madras high court on Wednesday reportedly served a notice on Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi K Palaniswami and four ministers in his cabinet. The notice was served in connection with a PIL filed by an AIADMK worker who alleged that the government in the state is being run on the advice of jailed party chief V K Sasikala. According to the petitioner, ministers Dindigul C Srinivasan, K A Sengottaiyan, Sellur K. Raju and R Kamaraj met Sasikala in prison on February 28 and discussed the functioning of the state government with her.
