The Russian youth, who started to seek alms outside a temple in Kanchipuram has reportedly got assurance from India’s external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj. The youth reportedly could not withdraw money from ATM as his pin number got locked. The youth, who was touring India, sat outside the temple with his backpack and used his cap to seek alms. Reportedly, police offered him money to reach Chennai and advised him to get in touch with the Russian embassy.
