With rain hitting around Krishnagiri bringing more water to south Penna river and there is a substantial flow in the Krishnagiri (KRP) dam , a report says. The Public Welfare Department has cautioned five districts on flood alert in the west of TN according to the reports of Deccan Chronicle. The storage capacity of the dam is 44feet, and reportedly the water level has crossed 42feet.
