Chennai girl whistles for over 30 hrs in record attempt

A trained whistler and classical music singer, Pooja Chandramohan, reportedly whistled for 30 hours, one minute and 10 seconds in an attempt to set a new Guinness world record on Saturday. She whistled popular songs from four languages– Hindi, Tamil, English, and Korean. The video evidence and testimonials have been sent to Guinness official committee for scrutiny and a final confirmation from them will seal her place in the Guinness World Record book. The existing world record is held by Canadian Jennifer Anavi Davies who whistled for 25 hours 30 minutes and five seconds.
