Farmers association leader P Ayyakannu has alleged that the ruling BJP has threatened to murder the farmers protesting in Delhi demanding loan waiver and drought relief fund among others. He reportedly said, “I received hundreds of calls threatening to kill”. He lodged a complaint in this regard with the police station near parliament and the one in Tiruchirappalli, he reportedly added.
