In the AIADMK (Amma) general council meeting led by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami, it is decided that all powers borne by the general secretary of the party will now transfer to Chief Coordinator of the party. V K Sasikala’s appointment as party’s general secretary was annulled. Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam was appointed as the Chief Coordinator of the party.
