DMK Working President and Leader of Opposition MK Stalin and fellow party men were reportedly held by the city police at Marina beach on Saturday. This comes after Stalin, and his party lawmakers and workers staged a hunger strike in front of the Gandhi statue at Marina beach. Notably, Stalin met Governor Vidyasagar Rao to complain about the eviction of himself and his party MLAs at the TN State Assembly.
