Tarun Barot, the Deputy Superintendent of Western Railway, Vadodara on Saturday revealed that actor Shah Rukh Khan could face legal action under various charges for the death of a man at the Vadodara railway station stampede during the promotion of his movie Raees. Barot in an official report stated that, If Shah Rukh Khan had not thrown T-shirts and other things towards the public, then such an incident would not have occurred.
