The sitting strength of the Madras High Court will go up to 54 as six more new judges have been appointed. The sanctioned strength for the court is 75. The names, hand-written by the six selected candidates in Devanagari script on Tuesday, will now be cut out and pasted on the Presidential Warrant of Appointment, as and when it is released, say reports. Their names are expected to be notified in double quick time.
