According to reports, a Sikh man has been arrested for allegedly murdering two minor girls in Uttar Pradesh’s Rishikesh for touching his turban. The local police added that the accused Parvan Singh reportedly chased the two minor girls, who were sisters, and strangulated the 13-year-old girl first and then the three-year-old girl in their home.
