The representatives of self-financing colleges in Tamil Nadu on Thursday reportedly met Justice N.V. Balasubramanian committee. According to reports, the representatives have demanded a 50 percent fee hike for both management and government quota seats. Currently, the private colleges are allowed to charge Rs. 40,000 for quota seats and Rs. 70,000 for management seats.
