According to reports, retired Indian batsman Virender Sehwag is among the high-profile names to have applied for the position of Indian cricket team’s head coach. Other applicants include former Australian cricketer Tom Moody, former India and current Afghanistan coach Lalchand Rajput, Richard Pybus and Dodda Ganesh. Meanwhile, current Indian coach Anil Kumble whose job is under serious threat will gain automatic entry into the selection process.
