India’s batting coach Sanjay Bangar and fielding coach R Sridhar has been increased to Rs 15 lakh per month after BCCI has decided to give a 50% pay hike to the assistant coaches of Team India. This comes after Bangar and Sridhar who have been with the national team since 2014, requested the board to increase their pay of 10 lakh for some time.The hike came through when coach Anil Kumble took up the matter with BCCI after the coaches rejected an earlier raise of 25% proposed by BCCI CEO Rahul Johri.
