Actor Rajinikanth has reportedly cancelled his trip to Sri Lanka after a request made by leaders of various political parties in Tamil Nadu. Rajinikanth made this announcement through a statement and asked not to politicise the issue. Notably, Rajinikanth was set to participate as a chief guest at the two-day event, which is scheduled to begin April 9.
