Greater Chennai Police on Saturday reportedly issued a statement warning of stern action against those gathering in groups or conducting meetings on the Marina. The statement reportedly said people should not gather in groups or convene meetings on the beach as Section 41 is in force, and warned that action would be taken against those violating the diktat, and they can be arrested.
