The Rajasthan Police on Tuesday arrested a man, Motilal Nai, who was absconding for over 40 years but let him off with a meager Rs 100 fine. A district court had issued the arrest warrant against Nai in 1976 for selling sweets made from adulterated milk. Reportedly, the police said that Nai fled to Andhra Pradesh and came back after his wife's demise recently.
