A speeding car reportedly ran over pavement dwellers on Saturday in North Delhi. The accident has killed two and left two others severely injured. The car reportedly dragged the two victims for about 50 metres before coming to a halt after one of its front tyres burst. The driver was arrested on the spot. According to reports, the driver was Harish, a guest teacher at a Delhi government school.
