Online and retail stores in India have reportedly started offering massive discounts ahead of the rollout of Goods & Services Tax on July 1. According to reports, Future Group has announced that the Big Bazaar stores would be open on the midnight of June 30 and offer discounts of up to 22%. Notably, Amazon had earlier started a sale to provide 40-50% discounts, while Flipkart has kick-started its pre-GST sale from Wednesday midnight.
