Indian shot putter Manpreet Kaur on Thursday bagged a gold medal at the 22nd Asian Athletics Championships in Bhubaneswar. Kaur won the medal with a throw of 18.28m and was followed by China’s Guo Tianqian with a throw of 17.91m and Japan’s Aya Ota with 15.45m. Notably, Manpreet also qualified for the IAAF World Championships in London.
