A Delhi court sentenced a man to ten years in jail for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old mentally weak boy in 2014. The boy had disclosed that the accused had committed the wrong act with him several times a week. The court held that though the boy was mentally weak at the time of the crime, his statement could be taken as trustworthy.
