Madras High Court on Monday reportedly quashed DMK working president MK Stalin’s petition seeking CBI inquiry into the alleged horse-trading of AIADMK MLAs. According to reports, the court’s move comes after the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence refused to involve in the horse-trading issue. Notably, DMK had earlier made a bid to raise the issue in the Assembly.
