According to reports, Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav on Thursday reportedly filed another mercy petition to the Pakistan Army chief, seeking forgiveness on compassionate grounds. Notably, Kulbhushan has been jailed and sentenced to death in Pakistan on espionage charges. Pakistan government has also released a second confession video along with details of Jadhav's mercy petition.
