The ISRO on Thursday successfully launched the GSAT-17 satellite, making it the third satellite launch in a month. The satellite is carrying payloads for communication services, apart from equipment for meteorological data relay. The other two launches this month were the GSLV Mk III and PSLV C-38 missions.
