Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani hit back at Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi after the latter took to Twitter to mock PM Modi's 'Don't use social media for self-promotion or spend too much time online' advice to bureaucrats. Gandhi tweeted, "Leading by example is clearly overrated," to which Irani replied, "Look who is talking about being overrated."
