Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday said that singing 'Vande Mataram' should be made compulsory by the law. “If you want to hoist the national flag of this country then you must sing the national song of the country. And singing national song should be made mandatory by the law”, Thackeray said.
