UP: Cops suspended for brutally beating up children

Two police personnel were suspended for brutally beating up two children on suspicion of theft in Bulandshahr after a video of the incident went viral. Constable Rakesh Kumar and the home guards, who assaulted the kids with a baton, have been suspended. Reportedly, the boys were caught by two policemen over suspicion of stealing mobile phones and cash from a devotee on the banks of Ganges.
