A 54-year-old British national has been arrested for allegedly raping three visually impaired kids in Delhi. Reportedly the accused was associated with National Association of Blind for nine years in India and would frequently visit the office in Delhi. According to media reports, the police have found an offensive material in his laptop and suspected that the man could be a person who is sexually attracted to children.
