The Centre on Tuesday urged the SC not to criminalise marital rape as it will affect the institute of marriage. Senior Supreme Court advocate Kushal took to twitter to express his take on the issue. He tweeted saying that there’s nothing called marital rape and our homes should not become police stations. Incidentally, he protected his microblogging site after he received backlash for offending the Centre's take on Marital rape.
