In Jharkhand on Wednesday, a national level wrestler named Vishal Kumar Verma died of electrocution when was trying to pump out water from the water-logged stadium, say reports. He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead. The wrestling association in Jharkhand has announced a compensation of Rs 1 lakh to the family of Verma, while it will also pay Rs 10,000 every month to the family as the wrestler was the only breadwinner for the family.
