The government railway police arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly kissing a government officer at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus on Friday. The man kissed her when she was talking to a colleague on the phone at the CSMT station, said the officer. She was waiting for a train to her residence in Navi Mumbai. The man has been booked under Section 354 (molestation) of the Indian Penal Code.
