Reports published in WikiLeaks on Thursday claimed that CIA has access to Aadhar data with the help of ‘Cross Match’, a US- based technology provider for cyber spying. WikiLeaks’s claim also suggest that ‘Cross Match’ was the service provider for biometric data for Aadhar, and thus there is a possible leak of Aadhar data to CIA. However, official sources in India have denied the claim.
