IT giant Infosys is reportedly training its new recruits and employees like fighter pilots so that they can learn how to deal with fast-changing situations. Infosys instructors visited flight schools to see how professional pilots are taught to deal with fast-changing situations. Infosys is also organising simulator-style drills that teach recruits to work faster, think for themselves and anticipate corporate customers’ needs.
