The Delhi High Court on Wednesday reportedly set aside a circular aviation regulator DGCA that fixed a fee of Rs 100 per kilogram for excess checked-in baggage of 15-20 kgs on private airlines. As per the circular, the DGCA allowed private airlines to charge Rs 100 per extra kg till 20 kg as against their earlier rates, ranging from Rs 220 to Rs 350.
