According to reports, a Ghaziabad man has started building a toilet as gift for his widowed sister on Rakshabandhan. "Her safety is of prime concern to me," he said. The village people also appreciated the man and said, "This initiative will also be an eye opener...more men will come forward to construct toilets." Although the government grants Rs 12,000 for toilet construction, the man reportedly hasn't opted for it.
