India globally 7th worst-affected by cyber-attacks: Symantec

Global cyber-security firm Symantec on Thursday said that India had become the worst-hit country in the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region and the seventh most affected nation globally. However, Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad reportedly said that India has largely remained insulated so far from the massive ransomware attack.
