The CBCID has reportedly submitted a report to the Madras High Court saying that Ilavarasan, a Dalit youth whose body was found along the railway track in Dharmapuri in 2013, committed suicide and wasn't murdered. According to reports, the court, on Tuesday, after hearing to CBCID, disposed the case filed by Ilavarasan’s father.
