Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reportedly said that Goods and Service Tax would help to create a new corruption-free India. Speaking at the launch of GST in Parliament, Modi said, "We are deciding India's future course. We will chart a new direction for the country at midnight with the launch of GST which is not an achievement of any party or government but a collective legacy.”
